Where Will the USWNT Play During the October Window?
The U.S. Women’s National Team will play two international matches against Spain in Washington, D.C., and Chester, Pa.

The October FIFA international break has begun, and the U.S. Women’s National Team will return to action this weekend. In its final window before the Concacaf W Championship, the USA will host top-ranked Spain for two matches on the East Coast.
Here’s a closer look at the venues the team will compete and train this week:
The USWNT is holding its first-ever camp at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center to begin preparations for the upcoming matches. The facility – which sits on 123 acres of a 200-acre plot – opened in May of this year as the new home for all 27 National Teams and U.S. Soccer staff. The National Training Center features 17 outdoor fields, the NIKE High Performance gym, a dining area and more.
The team’s first match of the window will be on Oct. 10 at Audi Field in Washington, D.C. The 20,000-seat soccer-specific stadium is home to three professional soccer clubs: NWSL club Washington Spirit, where forward Trinity Rodman and defender Tara Rudd compete, MLS side D.C. United, and DC Power FC of the Gainbridge Super League. The USWNT holds a 2W-0L-1D record at the venue and won, 3-0, against Canadain its last appearance there on July 2, 2025.
This match will also feature a special pre-game retirement celebration for legendary USWNT defender Crystal Dunn, who was the NWSL MVP while playing for the Spirit in 2015.
The second USA-Spain match will take place on Oct. 13 at Subaru Park in Chester, Pa., about 15 miles southwest of Philadelphia. The venue has been home to MLS club Philadelphia Union since it opened in June of 2010, the same year the USWNT played its first match there. The USA holds a 6W-1L-1D record at the 18,500-capacity stadium, and the team also competed there last year in a 2-1 loss to Portugal.
