Beach and Futsal

U.S. Soccer takes pride in investing in the future of all 27 National Teams, and as such, are committed to ensuring that our Beach and Futsal National Teams continue to develop as world-class programs. The U.S. Way unites all national teams as one family, reinforcing our shared values and commitment to excellence.

As we prepare our teams for international tournaments, including the first-ever FIFA Women’s Futsal World Cup, we are undertaking an unprecedented phase of development. We are investing in and building firm foundations for long-term program expansion, laying the groundwork for sustained success on the world stage and positioning our teams to win. Our priorities in 2025 are:

• Infrastructure: Develop specialized Beach and Futsal facilities at the new Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center.
• Programming: Align Beach and Futsal programming with the U.S. Way sporting strategy, including program-specific strategies and Talent ID expansion.
• Staffing: Increase our coaching and support staff by 65%, thus building a foundation for continued growth and maturity.

By increasing resources and implementing the U.S. Way strategy, we are confident that our Beach and Futsal programs will continue to flourish. They are vital programs within the national soccer ecosystem, and we are working to define the successful, long-term commercial model to support them.
